Recruitment with roots, principles and personal proximity.

Viva Porta-Medical connects German employers with international professionals because good placement is more than recruiting: it needs cultural understanding, reliable processes and support into everyday work.

Recruitment with roots, principles and personal proximity.

Crossing borders, connecting people.

Staffing begins with people.

Viva Porta was founded in 2025 with a clear conviction. German-Turkish roots, entrepreneurial experience and social responsibility came together in a recruitment approach that never reduces people to profiles.

The beginning

Viva Porta was founded in 2025 with a clear conviction: successful staffing begins with people.

Our roots in Germany and Türkiye allow us to understand both cultures from personal experience and connect people and companies across borders. We build a bridge between two countries and open new perspectives for sustainable collaboration.

Building on a network that has trusted us for many years in business and society, we pursue a clear mission: address the skills shortage sustainably, support German companies with committed and qualified employees, and create new opportunities for people who want to build a professional future here.

The people behind it

Founders Wilhelm Josten and Enes Vural combine entrepreneurial experience, innovative drive and the firm belief that every company is only as strong as the people who carry it.

They are supported by Murat Vural, who contributes his many years of experience as a social entrepreneur to the development of Viva Porta.

Entrepreneurial and social experience

Wilhelm Josten comes from a long-established entrepreneurial family and created BUTLERS, a successful retail brand known throughout Germany. His market instinct, innovative drive and understanding of sustainable growth shape Viva Porta’s strategic direction.

Electrical engineer Murat Vural has worked for fair educational opportunities for more than two decades. A recipient of Germany’s Federal Cross of Merit and founder and director of the non-profit Chancenwerk e.V., he is committed to opening opportunities and developing potential.

For Murat Vural, people are always at the centre. He believes sustainable business success can only grow from a strong team and has always made his decisions with purpose.

Close to daily operations

As Managing Director, Enes Vural is responsible for Viva Porta’s operational and strategic development. His sales experience, long-standing work in the non-profit sector and strong understanding of people form the basis of his approach. Every application carries a personal story; every vacancy carries goals, responsibility and future prospects.

His aunt Serife Vural-Banik also supports Viva Porta with many years of leadership experience. As a member of Chancenwerk’s management team, she contributes strong organisational, strategic and people-management skills. Her training as a medical assistant also provides valuable insight into healthcare and nursing.

Our foundation

Together, Wilhelm Josten and Murat Vural bring almost half a century of entrepreneurial experience from business and social contexts. This knowledge forms Viva Porta’s foundation.

What truly distinguishes us is our conviction: staffing is more than placing workers. It means trust, responsibility and supporting people along their path.

Because in the end, people always make the difference.

We know every professional decision carries hopes, dreams, families and plans for the future. That is why we treat every person with respect, attention and appreciation.

Our goal is to bring companies and people together sustainably—not only for the next assignment, but for long-term success on both sides.

Viva Porta stands for partnership, reliability and genuine humanity.

Überblick

  • Partnership, not a short-term fix: We build reliable staffing paths rather than thinking in individual vacancies. The goal is collaboration that fits your organisation, team and long-term objectives.
  • Fair recruitment: International placement must be fair to professionals and reliable for employers. We focus on transparency, realistic expectations and personal guidance on both sides.
  • Integration as a quality factor: Whether a professional stays is often decided after arrival. We support employers and new employees through the sensitive starting phase.

We translate between the labour market, recognition and real life.

International recruitment sits between skills shortages, legal requirements and deeply personal decisions. Our German-Turkish background helps us clarify expectations early: what does the employer need, what does the professional need, and what must be prepared for the start to work both formally and personally?

Reach finds profiles. Guidance builds retention.

Germany is making skilled immigration easier, but the decisive work often begins after selection: language practice, recognition, team culture, everyday life and reliable contacts. Viva Porta-Medical makes these topics visible early and supports them in a structured way.
